Job summary

Redstone Residential, Inc. is seeking a Cleaner to ensure the cleanliness and safety of a Redstone community. The role covers indoor and outdoor common areas, hallways, parking garages, and more, with snow/ice removal and debris control.

The Cleaner leads resident cleaning checks to maintain apartments at the property’s standards and supports basic maintenance as needed, while demonstrating strong customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Relevant industry experience (janitorial or cleaning)
• Demonstrate experience completing daily tasks with little or no oversight
• Must have a friendly demeanor
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. and work 6-8 hour standing shifts

Responsibilities

• Perform regularly scheduled cleaning checks of residents' apartments
• Ensure property grounds and buildings are clean and well maintained
• Assist with basic repairs and other maintenance duties
• Provide exceptional customer service and teamwork
• Maintain a safe, tidy common areas and keep trash/debris away
• Ensure landscaping is well maintained and watered
• Participate in Redstone training as required

Position Summary

The Cleaner is primarily responsible for the overall cleanliness and safety of a Redstone community. This is accomplished by ensuring that all indoor and outdoor common areas, hallways, parking garages, etc. are cleaned regularly and kept clear of snow/ice and debris. The Cleaner also leads the operation of resident cleaning checks to ensure apartments are kept at the property's designated standards.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform regularly scheduled cleaning checks of residents' apartments
• Ensure that the property maintains an exceptional curb appeal by keeping the community grounds and buildings clean and properly maintained.
• Assist with basic repairs and other general maintenance duties.
• Consistently and genuinely demonstrate exemplary principles of customer service and teamwork.
• Maintain a safe, tidy, and sanitary clubhouse, office, model, hallways, and all other common areas.
• Ensure that the property is free of trash, debris, and animal waste.
• Ensure that the grass and landscaping are well maintained, including the watering of flowers.
• Participate in Redstone training as required.
