Job summary

Redstone Residential, Inc. is seeking a part-time Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and safety across the community. You will clean indoor and outdoor common areas, parking garages, and assist with snow/ice removal when needed.

The role requires lifting 50+ lbs, standing for 4–6 hours, and delivering friendly customer service while upholding property standards and safety. Training will be provided to align with Redstone's standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform regularly scheduled cleaning checks of residents' apartments
• Ensure property grounds and buildings are clean and well maintained
• Assist with basic repairs and general maintenance duties
• Demonstrate strong customer service and teamwork
• Maintain a safe, tidy, and sanitary common areas
• Ensure property is free of trash, debris, and animal waste
• Support landscaping maintenance and training as required

POSITION SUMMARY:TheCleaner is primarily responsible for the overall cleanliness and safety of a Redstone community. This is accomplished by ensuring that all indoor and outdoor common areas, hallways. parking garages, etc. are cleaned regularly and kept clear of snow/ice and debris. The Cleaner also leads the operation of resident cleaning checks to ensure apartments are kept at the property's designated standards.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform regularly scheduled cleaning checks of residents' apartments
• Ensure that the property maintains an exceptional curb appeal by keeping the community grounds and buildings clean and properly maintained.
• Assist with basic repairs and other general maintenance duties.
• Consistently and genuinely demonstrate exemplary principles of customer service and teamwork.
• Maintain a safe, tidy, and sanitary clubhouse, office, model, hallways, and all other common areas.
• Ensure that the property is free of trash, debris, and animal waste.
• Ensure that the grass and landscaping are well maintained, including the watering of flowers.
• Participate in Redstone training as required.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Relevant industry experience (janitorial or cleaning)
• Demonstrate experience completing daily tasks with little or no oversight
• Must have a friendly demeanor
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. and work 4-6 hour standing shifts
