Job summary

Redstone Residential in Provo, UT is seeking a Part-Time Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and safety of a Redstone community. You will clean indoor and outdoor common areas, parking garages, and respond to seasonal snow/ice removal while upholding property standards.

This role requires a friendly demeanor, the ability to lift 50+ lbs, and 4–6 hour standing shifts. Competitive hourly pay with 401K benefits and a team-focused culture.

• Demonstrate experience completing daily tasks with little or no oversight.

Responsibilities

• Perform regularly scheduled cleaning checks of residents' apartments.
• Ensure property maintains exceptional curb appeal by keeping grounds and buildings clean and properly maintained.
• Assist with basic repairs and other general maintenance duties.
• Demonstrate exemplary customer service and teamwork.
• Maintain a safe, tidy, and sanitary clubhouse, office, model, hallways, and all other common areas.
• Ensure property is free of trash, debris, and animal waste.
• Water flowers and landscaping as needed.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Cleaner is primarily responsible for the overall cleanliness and safety of a Redstone community. This is accomplished by ensuring that all indoor and outdoor common areas, hallways. parking garages, etc. are cleaned regularly and kept clear of snow/ice and debris. The Cleaner also leads the operation of resident cleaning checks to ensure apartments are kept at the property's designated standards.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform regularly scheduled cleaning checks of residents' apartments
• Ensure that the property maintains an exceptional curb appeal by keeping the community grounds and buildings clean and properly maintained.
• Assist with basic repairs and other general maintenance duties.
• Consistently and genuinely demonstrate exemplary principles of customer service and teamwork.
• Maintain a safe, tidy, and sanitary clubhouse, office, model, hallways, and all other common areas.
• Ensure that the property is free of trash, debris, and animal waste.
• Ensure that the grass and landscaping are well maintained, including the watering of flowers.
• Participate in Redstone training as required.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
