Job summary

Redstone Residential is seeking a part-time cleaner to ensure the cleanliness and safety of our communities. The role covers indoor and outdoor common areas, hallways, parking garages, and other spaces, with emphasis on maintaining standards and curb appeal.

You will perform resident cleaning checks and help uphold Redstone’s high service standards. The job suits individuals with janitorial or cleaning experience, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to stand for 4–6 hours per shift.

POSITION SUMMARY:

TheCleaner is primarily responsible for the overall cleanliness and safety of a Redstone community. This is accomplished by ensuring that all indoor and outdoor common areas, hallways. parking garages, etc. are cleaned regularly and kept clear of snow/ice and debris. The Cleaner also leads the operation of resident cleaning checks to ensure apartments are kept at the property's designated standards.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
