HCF of Edinboro, Inc. in Edinboro, PA, seeks a meticulous Housekeeper to perform daily housekeeping across the community, including resident rooms, offices, bathrooms and common areas.

You will follow HCF policies, maintain cleanliness, and participate in in-service education while ensuring infection control and safety standards. We offer growth, on-the-job training, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and have good visual acuity.
• A high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in similar roles is a plus and training is provided.
• Compassionate, team player, social, trustworthy and service-minded.

Responsabilités

• Must follow HCF Policies and Procedures.
• Clean, wash, sanitize and dust resident rooms, offices, bathrooms, hallways and common areas.
• Meet job-related competencies as outlined in the Skills Competency Manual.
• Empty trash/waste into proper containers.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures during daily tasks.
• Attend required in-service education.
• Keep utility, storage areas and equipment neat and clean.
• Follow Infection Control and Universal Precaution practices.
• Move and arrange furniture.
• Communicate effectively with residents, staff and visitors.
• Cross training as laundry worker for special assignments.
• All other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Must follow HCF Policies and Procedures.


• Clean, wash, sanitize and dust resident rooms and care center offices, bathrooms, hallways and common areas.


• Must meet job-related competencies as outlined in the Skills Competency Manual.


• Empty trash/waste into proper containers.


• Follows all safety policies and procedures during daily tasks.


• Attend required in-service education.


• Keeps utility, storage areas and equipment neat and clean.


• Follows appropriate Infection Control and Universal Precaution practices when performing department procedures.


• Moving and arranging furniture.


• Communicates effectively with residents, staff and visitors.


• Cross training as laundry worker for special assignments.


• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements
