Job summary

Cardinal Group Companies is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain clean, orderly environments across our residential properties. The role is full-time and non-exempt, offering hourly pay and benefits eligibility.

You will service apartment units, common areas and amenities, ensuring a safe, welcoming community for residents and staff. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of professional housekeeping experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to read and follow instructions.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years professional housekeeping experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write and follow written instructions; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with residents and team members.
• Strong attention to detail and high personal standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to perform physical cleaning work including standing, bending, lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Follows OSHA standards and community expectations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of office spaces, apartment units, laundry rooms, fitness center, retail space and common areas.
• Clean bathrooms in apartments and common areas.
• Vacuum and mop floors; spot clean walls and windows.
• Dust furniture and empty trashcans; clean baseboards and HVAC vents.
• Assist with picking up trash, monitor supplies, and report service requests to management.
• Perform additional housekeeping duties as requested by management; participate in weekly on-call duties.
• Maintain a positive work environment and uphold Cardinal Culture and core values.
