Job summary

Ecumen Meadows in Worthington, MN is seeking a Part Time Housekeeper to maintain a clean, sanitary and welcoming living environment for residents. The role runs 8:30am–1:30pm, Monday through Thursday, totaling 40 hours over two weeks, with pay in the $17.00–$19.50 per hour range.

The Housekeeping Assistant helps ensure a safe facility, supports residents, and contributes to a positive community atmosphere. Benefits include Sick & Safe Time and other well-being resources.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbal and written.
• Ability to follow all safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the facility including but not limited to: Vulnerable Adult and Abuse Policy, HIPAA, Resident's Bill of Rights, Universal Precaution, AWAIR, OSHA, Right to know, SDS, ADA, HUD Policy and Procedures, Fair Housing laws and regulations

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes assigned areas according to community standards.
• Sweeps, vacuums, dusts, mops, and moves furniture as needed.
• Maintains a safe, clean environment and reports any issues.
• Follows safety and regulatory guidelines.
• Keeps cleaning supplies stocked and reports when more are needed.
• Assists residents as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned

Housekeeper | Part Time 40 hours/2 weeks l 8:30am - 1:3pm | Monday - Thursday l Worthington, MN.

The Housekeeping Assistant is responsible for maintaining Ecumen facilities in a clean, sanitary, orderly and attractive condition. This position is responsible for providing a pleasant living environment for residents and an organized, safe working environment for staff.

Pay

The targeted pay range for this job is $17.00 - $19.50 per hour. Ecumen considers a variety of factors when determining new hire pay including experience, qualifications, and, when applicable, certifications, licenses, and education.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous housekeeping experience
• Previous experience working with seniors
