Job summary

MARQUEE HOSPITALITY is seeking a Guest Room Attendant in Woodbridge, Virginia to maintain clean and attractive guestrooms to Brand Standards while delivering attentive, courteous service to all guests.

Position requires flexible hours including weekends and holidays, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hotel environment. Maintain a neat appearance and a positive, guest-focused attitude at all times.

Guest Room Attendant

Guest Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guestrooms to Brand Standards while providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests.

Physical Requirements

• Flexible hours Weekends & Holidays.
• Medium work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
• Ability to stand during the entire shift.

General Requirements

• Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all levels of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner.
• Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns raised by employees and guests.
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.
