Job summary

Agincare Group in Trafalgar Care Home is seeking a Housekeeper for a part-time role. You will create a welcoming environment by keeping communal areas clean, tidy and safe for residents, visitors and colleagues, and support room care to a high standard.

This is a 12-hour weekly position (Tue/Thu/Fri, 3pm–7pm). Join a team dedicated to dignity and comfort, with opportunities for career development and a supportive workplace.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK.
• Positive attitude and pride in your work.
• Part-time role: 12 hours per week, Tue Thu Fri 3pm–7pm.

Responsibilities

• Creating a welcoming environment - keeping all communal areas clean, tidy, and safe for residents, visitors and colleagues
• Room care with pride - dusting, polishing and vacuuming residents' rooms to a high standard, always using appropriate safety signage
• Working together - collaborating with the management team to maintain excellent hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Making a difference through kindness - sharing a smile, a conversation, or a moment of connection with residents as you go about your day

What we’re looking for

• This is a part time role working 12 hours per week from 3pm to 7pm on a Tuesday, Thursday and a Friday
