Job summary

Active Wellness Center in Vacaville, CA seeks a Housekeeper to maintain a clean fitness floor, locker rooms, and offices. Duties include stocking towels, cleaning equipment, and assisting with center operations under guidance from the Housekeeping Lead.

Qualifications

• 3+ months housekeeping or janitorial experience
• 3+ months customer service experience
• Detail oriented, organized and responsive
• Basic computer skills and communication abilities
• AED/CPR/First Aid certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Keep locker rooms spotless and neat at all times
• Maintain cleanliness of fitness equipment
• Stock fresh towels and consumables
• Respond to housekeeping needs from GM/leadership
• Use equipment to maintain a spotless center environment
• Report broken equipment and lighting issues
• Ensure housekeeping gear is in good working order
• Administer emergency care to members and guests in need
• Work as a team with all departments
• Monitor supplies and report needs to supervisor
• Turn in lost and found items at the service desk
• Be knowledgeable about programs and activities offered
• Promote club services and activities
• Attend site meetings and trainings
• Report injuries, illnesses and security incidents

Location: Active Wellness Center at NorthBay - Vacaville, CAPay Transparency: Base Rate of Pay $18.00 - $19.00 DOE; Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay depends on factors including site location, specialty, certifications, work experience, and other business needs.Role and ResponsibilitiesThe Housekeeper is responsible for any combination of cleaning duties on the fitness floor, locker rooms, common areas, aquatic center and offices.
