About the Position

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas such as apartments, common areas, lounges, and offices, following the schedule.
• Sweep, dust, mop, vacuum floors, rugs, and carpets.
• Sanitize and polish bathroom fixtures and facilities; restock dispensers.
• Scrub tiles, woodwork, window frames, and sills.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and materials.
• Collect and dispose of trash appropriately.
• Handle laundry duties, including collection, cleaning, and redistribution.
• Ensure chemicals are stored securely and hazards are managed.
• Report repairs and supply needs to the Lead Housekeeper.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience is a plus.
• Effective communication skills in the primary language of residents.
• Ability to interpret safety and operational documents.
• Interest in working with seniors.
• Courteous interaction with guests, residents, and staff.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, handle objects, and lift up to 50 pounds as required.
