• We are hiring immediately for full-time HOUSEKEEPER LEAD positions.

Job Summary

Supervises, trains, and inspects the performance of assigned housekeeping staff to ensure standards are met. Assists to deliver excellent service to guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provides quality service with attention to detail.
• Ensures staff report to work and are properly documented; manages lateness and absences.
• Resolves guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinates staff breaks and manages shift assignments.
• Maintains security of keys and equipment, inspects cleanliness and equipment functionality.
• Inspects areas to meet cleanliness standards.
• Assists staff to uphold high standards of cleanliness and service.
• Conducts staff training as needed.
• Maintains professionalism and teamwork.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
