Job summary

Vitality is seeking a dedicated Environmental Services team member to clean resident suites and common areas to a high standard. The role supports a welcoming living environment for residents and visitors, following schedule and safety protocols.

You will work with the team to maintain cleanliness across all areas and participate in onboarding and training as needed. Ideal candidates communicate well in English, enjoy working with older adults, and can lift up to 50 lbs as required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Meet state or provincial health related requirements.
• Maintain any certifications as required by state or provincial regulations.
• Desire to work with older adults and their families.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident suites according to schedule, including vacuuming carpets and cleaning bathrooms.
• Clean community areas and restrooms to schedule, including windows and surfaces.
• Deep clean common areas according to schedule.
• Assist in onboarding and annual training as requested.
• Collaborate with team members to improve resident and family experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Environmental Services Director.
