Job summary

Vitality is seeking a dedicated Environmental Services team member to maintain clean resident suites and common areas. You will perform routine cleaning tasks, restock linens, and assist with deep cleaning as scheduled to support a vibrant living environment.

The role requires excellent English communication, a professional demeanor, and the ability to work with older adults. Onsite position with onboarding and ongoing training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Meet state or provincial health related requirements.
• Maintain any certifications as required by state or provincial regulations.
• Desire to work with older adults and their families.
• Present a positive and professional image at all times.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident suites according to schedule, including vacuuming, spot-cleaning, dusting, and cleaning bathrooms.
• Assist in Annual Suite Service and deep clean community areas.
• Collaborate with team to improve resident and family experience.
• Attend onboarding and annual training, in-services and team meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Environmental Services Director.
