Colonial Fox Den in New Hampshire is seeking a dependable Housekeeper to maintain clean, welcoming spaces for residents across the community. The role covers resident apartments, common areas, and facilities, with a focus on comfort and quality of life.

Responsibilities include cleaning, disinfecting bathrooms, floors, dining areas, and support spaces. The position offers full‑time and part‑time shifts, with cross-training opportunities into caregiver pathways.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No license required.
• No prior housekeeping experience required; experience with older adults is helpful.
• Dependable with strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
• Friendly and respectful when working in residents' homes and spaces.
• Willing to be cross-trained to support broader resident-care team.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Available Shift(s):

Full-Time: 5 days per week, 8AM - 4PM

Part-time: 9:30AM - 4PM, every other weekend and flexible weekday schedule around your needs

Compensation:$17.50 - $21.00, based on experience + applicable shift differential ($1.50/hour on Saturday and Sunday)

About the Role

We're looking for a dependable Housekeeper to help maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our residents.

You'll clean resident apartments, bathrooms, hallways, offices, dining areas, and other spaces throughout the community while maintaining established cleaning and performance standards. This is a resident-centered environment, so we're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and understands that a clean home contributes directly to comfort and quality of life.

What You'll Do

• Clean and organize resident rooms and apartments.
• Vacuum carpets and wash floors.
• Mop and disinfect resident and public bathrooms.
• Clean dining-room, laundry, hallway, and common‑area floors.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms using appropriate products.
• Dust and polish resident and community areas.
• Remove trash.
• Complete scheduled monthly cleaning, including windows, walls, and other deep‑cleaning assignments.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies appropriately.
• Participate in cross‑training to support other resident‑care needs when assigned. The position description specifically notes cross‑training in care and medication supervision and occasional floor coverage when needed.
