Compass Senior Living in Roseburg, OR is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain clean, sanitary living and common areas for residents. The role runs Monday to Friday, 7am to 3:30 pm, and emphasizes compassionate service to seniors.

You will follow established sanitation procedures, report hazards, and support a safe living environment. Ideal candidates bring a teamwork mindset, good English communication, and a willingness to learn.

Formación

• Experience delivering friendly customer service in a care setting is preferred.
• Ability to clean and sanitize areas to the highest standards.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Willingness to work in a team and follow instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain assigned areas in a clean, sanitary, safe, and attractive condition.
• Provide cleaning services in residents' apartments and common areas.
• Follow cleaning schedule and infection control guidelines.
• Submit maintenance requests and report unsafe conditions.
• Interact with residents and staff with courteous communication.

What You’ll Do

The Housekeeper maintains assigned areas in a clean, sanitary, safe, orderly, and attractive manner per established procedures and as directed by the supervisor; ensures that the highest degree of cleanliness and sanitation is always maintained.

As a Housekeeper, you can expect a range of responsibilities and tasks. Here are some general expectations:

• You will provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• You will provide cleaning services inside residents' apartments and common areas.
• You will follow a cleaning schedule and instructions.
• You will adhere to procedures regarding infection control, food-borne illness prevention, harmful chemical handling, fire, safety, and sanitation.
• You will submit maintenance work orders to the Maintenance Director.
• You will report any unsafe/hazardous conditions within the community.
