Job summary

White Sands, a HumanGood life plan community in La Jolla, CA, is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain clean, safe living spaces for residents, guests and staff. The role requires courteous service and attention to detail, with a Sunday–Thursday shift from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous service to residents, guests, vendors and team members.
• Maintain clean and sanitary conditions in resident homes/apartments, common, dining and other areas.
• Dust, clean, sweep, mop, vacuum, wash areas as appropriate; empty trash; spot-clean carpets.
• Maintain an organized and stocked work cart.
• Note safety concerns and report to supervisor; ensure clinical areas are sanitized according to Infectious Disease Control policies.

Shift: Full Time: Sunday - Thursday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Pay Range: $19 - $20.50, depending on experience

• Provide effective and courteous service to all residents, guests, vendors and fellow team members;
• Maintain clean and sanitary conditions in areas such as resident homes/apartments, common, dining and other areas throughout the community; Clean resident bathroom, kitchen, living and bedroom areas;
• Dust, clean, sweep, mop, vacuum, wash areas as appropriate; Empty trash, spot clean carpets;
• Maintain an organized and stocked work cart;
• Take note of safety concerns and needed repairs and report to supervisor;
• Ensure that clinical areas are sanitized in accordance with established Infectious Disease Control policies & procedures;
