Job summary

Parkshore Senior Living in St. Louis Park, MN is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team and maintain a clean, safe environment for residents.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary in the $50,000-$56,000 range, daytime hours Monday through Friday, with no weekends or holidays, and a benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance, PTO, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of healthcare housekeeping experience preferred.
• 1-2 years of housekeeping supervision

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with Maintenance to schedule and coordinate apartment turnovers.
• Monitor and order all cleaning supplies and paper products, according to the budget.
• Maintain all daily housekeeping schedules and schedule new requests for housekeeping services.
• Update all SDS books in the building.
• Monitor all housekeeping services provided.
• Hire, train, and supervise the housekeeping team, including payroll.
