The Homestead at Rochester is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to support residents in a compassionate care setting in Rochester, MN. This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and a welcoming environment on a beautiful campus.

You will follow care plans, maintain cleanliness, and contribute to residents’ comfort and well-being. High school diploma and CPR certification are preferred, with prior institutional housekeeping experience being a plus. Competitive hourly pay and benefits offered.

Pay: $16.50-$18.50 per hour based on previous experience

What You Bring (Requirements)

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• High school graduate, CPR certified
• Ability to follow care plans and resident orders
• Previous institutional housekeeping/cleaning experience preferred.
