Job summary

ARK is seeking a dedicated housekeeper to ensure guest satisfaction during their stay. You will clean guest rooms, restrooms, and common areas, make beds, handle laundry, and keep supply stocks.

The ideal candidate is organized, a team player, and has good cleaning knowledge while maintaining high standards of hospitality. We value a strong work ethic and excellent communication, with at least 1 year of professional housekeeping experience preferred and a high school diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of housekeeping experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Make beds, strip sheets, stock rooms with toiletries, do laundry, vacuum, mop, and perform other cleaning duties as needed.
• Document rooms cleaned, and report lost and found items and any damage or repairs needed.
• Respond to general inquiries from guests.
• Ensure guest rooms are clean and tidy according to our hotel’s standards before guests arrive.
• Keep common spaces such as the lobby, hallways, and restrooms clean and stocked with supplies.
• Good understanding of cleaning techniques and products.
• At least 1 year of experience as a professional housekeeper preferred.
• Possesses a strong work ethic with exemplary organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent certification.

We’re in search of a housekeeper to ensure guest satisfaction during their stay with us. Responsibilities include cleaning guest rooms, restrooms, and common areas, making beds, doing laundry, ironing sheets, and other general cleaning duties as assigned. The ideal candidate is a cleaning enthusiast, a team-player, and a highly-organized professional.

Compensation
