Job summary

Fairfield Inn & Suites Phoenix Midtown is seeking a diligent housekeeper to ensure guest satisfaction by cleaning guest rooms, restrooms, and common areas to the hotel’s standards.

You will make beds, strip sheets, do laundry, stock rooms with toiletries, report damages, and respond to guest questions during their stay.

A strong work ethic, organizational skills, and the ability to work as part of a team are essential to maintain high cleanliness levels and guest comfort.

Qualifications

• Over 1 year of professional housekeeping experience preferred.
• Good understanding of cleaning techniques and products.
• Strong work ethic with excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Record rooms cleaned, report lost items and any damages.
• Clean and prep hotel rooms to standard before guest arrival.
• Answer guest questions during their stay.
• Make beds, strip sheets, do laundry, vacuum, mop, and restock supplies.

We’re in search of a housekeeper to ensure guest satisfaction during their stay with us. Responsibilities include cleaning guest rooms, restrooms, and common areas, making beds, doing laundry, ironing sheets, and other general cleaning duties as assigned. The ideal candidate is a cleaning enthusiast, a team player, and a highly organized professional.

Responsibilities

• Write down what rooms were cleaned, report lost and found items and any damage or repairs needed
• Clean and arrange hotel rooms in accordance with our hotel’s standards prior to guest arrival
• Reply to general questions guests have during their stay
• Make beds, strip sheets, stock rooms with toiletries, do laundry, vacuum, mop, and perform other cleaning duties as needed
• Keep common spaces such as the lobby, hallways, and restrooms clean and stocked with supplies

Qualifications

• Over 1 year as a professional housekeeper strongly desired
• Good understanding of cleaning techniques and products
• Possesses a strong work ethic with exemplary organizational, time management, and communication skills
• High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent

Compensation

$36,000 per year
