Job summary

HomeTowne Studios Puyallup in Bend, OR is seeking a dedicated housekeeper to help ensure guest satisfaction during their stay. The ideal candidate is a cleaning enthusiast, organized, and a team player who can maintain our hotel’s high cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities include cleaning lobbies, corridors, and guest rooms; reporting damages; stocking supplies; and responding to guest inquiries with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional housekeeper experience.
• Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with a variety of cleaning products and techniques.
• High school diploma or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain common areas including lobby, corridors, and restrooms.
• Vacuum, mop, make beds, dust, polish furniture, stock rooms with toiletries, and do laundry as needed.
• Document rooms cleaned and report missing items or damages.
• Respond to guest inquiries and ensure readiness of guest rooms to hotel standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain common spaces including the hotel lobby, corridors, and public restrooms
• Vacuum, mop, make beds, dust and polish furniture, stock rooms with toiletries, and do laundry as needed
• Document rooms cleaned, and report lost and found items and any damage or repairs needed
• Respond to general inquiries from guests
• Perform cleaning duties and arrange guest rooms to our hotel’s standard before guests arrive

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a professional housekeeper preferred
• Hard worker with strong time management, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience with a variety of cleaning products and techniques
• Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent certification

Compensation

$19 - $20 hourly
