Job summary

ARK is seeking a dedicated housekeeper in the Puget Sound area to ensure guest rooms, restrooms, and public areas meet our standards. Your responsibilities include making beds, linens, laundry, and light housekeeping tasks with a focus on guest satisfaction.

You will document rooms as you clean, report losses or damages, respond to guest inquiries, and maintain spotless common areas in line with ARK’s hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of cleaning techniques and products.
• At least 1 year of experience as a professional housekeeper preferred.
• Strong work ethic with organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Must have graduated high school or an equivalent certification.

• Make beds, strip sheets, restock rooms with toiletries, do laundry, vacuum, mop, and perform other cleaning duties as needed
• Document rooms cleaned, and report lost and found items and any damage or repairs needed
• Respond to general inquiries from guests

• Keep common spaces such as the lobby, hallways, and restrooms clean and stocked with supplies
