Avantara Pierre is seeking a Full-Time Housekeeper to join a friendly, supportive team. The role covers cleaning, sanitizing, and infection-control duties across the facility, with rotating shifts and weekend/holiday requirements.

Training and room for growth are highlighted in the benefits package. Ideal candidates may have prior housekeeping experience in a skilled nursing setting and must be at least 16 years old with a minimum 11th-grade education.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: eleventh grade (11th) or higher and age 16+.
• Experience in housekeeping within a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and infection control across the resident environment.
• Clean and sanitize all facility areas and operate housekeeping tools, chemicals and equipment.

The shifts are 8AM-4:30PM or 12PM-8PM which will be rotating weekdays and are required to work every other weekend and every other holiday.

As a Housekeeper you are instrumental in maintaining the cleanliness and infection control standards of our resident's environment. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Avantara Pierre by cleaning and sanitizing all areas of the facility and operating housekeeping related tools, chemicals and equipment. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure a clean and safe environment.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have: At a minimum, an eleventh (11th) grade education and must be 16 and up.

Prior Housekeeping experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
