Avantara Milbank is seeking a part-time Housekeeper/Laundry Aide to join our friendly, caring and supportive team in skilled nursing.

As a Housekeeping/Laundry Aide, you help maintain cleanliness and infection control by cleaning and sanitizing all areas of the facility and operating housekeeping tools and supplies. We offer competitive wages, bonus opportunities, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• As a minimum, an eleventh (11th) grade education.
• Prior Housekeeping/Laundry Aide experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and infection control standards of residents' environment.
• Clean and sanitize all areas of the facility and operate housekeeping related tools, chemicals and equipment.
• Ensure residents receive a high standard of care.

As a Housekeeping/Laundry Aide, you are instrumental in maintaining the cleanliness and infection control standards of our resident's environment. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect atAvantara Milbankby cleaning and sanitizing all areas of the facility and operating housekeeping related tools, chemicals and equipment. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure a clean and safe environment.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:
