Job summary

Westgate Park City Resort & Spa in Park City, UT is hiring a Housekeeper to ensure guest rooms are spotless and welcoming. You will clean rooms, manage trash, restock amenities, and maintain safety standards in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The position offers a pay rate of $20/hour, with opportunities to advance within Westgate Resorts across 60+ locations and a range of employee benefits. Weekend and holiday shifts are required.

Responsibilities

• Consistently meet quality and timeliness standards in cleaning of all assigned rooms.
• Maintain a high unit inspection score and follow resort guidelines.
• Perform room cleaning tasks including bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and decks.
• Use equipment and supplies safely and efficiently.
• Report lost and found items promptly to assist guests.
• Support team through collaboration and assist with other duties as needed.
• Duties may change to support housekeeping operations.

Job Description

Join our team and help create exceptional guest experiences! We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Housekeeper who takes pride in cleanliness and teamwork. If you enjoy fast-paced work and making a positive impact every day, we’d love to have you on our team.

As a Housekeeper, you will:

• Consistently meet quality and timeliness standards in the cleaning of all assigned rooms.
• Achieve a productivity goal of 12 credits per day, with credits assigned based on the size and type of service required.
• Deliver to our guest rooms free of critical defects by maintaining a unit inspection score of 90% or above, adhering to the resort's established guidelines.
• Perform room cleaning tasks, including stripping units, removing all trash, and cleaning various areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks.
• Utilize equipment and supplies responsibly, following established procedures to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Immediately report any Lost & Found items, adhering to established protocols to assist in guest satisfaction.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and be willing to assist with other duties as necessary to support the team.
• Other duties may be assigned, contributing to the overall success and excellence of our housekeeping operations
