Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to brand standards, including beds, linens, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and amenities.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as assigned.
• Maintain housekeeping carts and stock supplies, linens, and cleaning products.
• Remove trash and recyclables from guest rooms and hallways.
• Provide friendly and professional assistance to guests and respond to requests.
• Report guest concerns or service issues to leadership to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Notify maintenance staff of equipment issues or repairs in guest spaces.
• Follow lost and found procedures and maintain guest privacy and security.
• Identify and report unsafe conditions or hazards.
• Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow all safety policies and operational standards.
• Support additional housekeeping duties and special projects as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel and brand standards, including making beds, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing towels and guest amenities.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as assigned.
• Maintain housekeeping carts and ensure supplies, linens, and cleaning products are properly stocked and organized.
• Remove trash and recyclables from guest rooms, hallways, and designated areas.
• Provide friendly and professional assistance to guests and respond to requests in a timely manner.
• Report guest concerns or service issues to leadership to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Notify maintenance staff of any equipment issues, damage, or repair needs within guest rooms or public spaces.

Physical Requirements

• This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling throughout the workday.
• Candidates should be able to lift and move up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Work is primarily performed indoors within a hotel environment but may occasionally require movement throughout the property.
