Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel and brand standards (beds, linens, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, towels).
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as assigned.
• Maintain housekeeping carts and stock supplies, linens, and cleaning products.
• Remove trash and recyclables from guest rooms, hallways, and designated areas.
• Provide friendly and professional assistance to guests and respond to requests promptly.
• Report guest concerns or service issues to leadership to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Notify maintenance staff of equipment issues, damage, or repair needs within guest rooms or public spaces.
• Follow lost and found procedures and maintain guest privacy and security.
• Identify and report unsafe conditions, suspicious activity, or potential hazards.
• Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow all hotel safety policies, procedures, and standards.
• Support additional housekeeping duties and special projects as assigned.

Midas Hospitality is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper / Room Attendant to join our team. This important role helps create a welcoming and comfortable experience for every guest by ensuring guest rooms and hotel areas are clean, organized, and maintained to brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

As a Housekeeper / Room Attendant, you will help maintain the cleanliness, comfort, and presentation of guest rooms and assigned hotel areas.

• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel and brand standards, including making beds, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing towels and guest amenities.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as assigned.
• Maintain housekeeping carts and ensure supplies, linens, and cleaning products are properly stocked and organized.
• Remove trash and recyclables from guest rooms, hallways, and designated areas.
• Provide friendly and professional assistance to guests and respond to requests in a timely manner.

Physical Requirements:

This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling throughout the workday. Candidates should be able to lift and move up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation. Work is primarily performed indoors within a hotel environment but may occasionally require movement throughout the property
