Job summary

Rehabilitation Center of Belmond is seeking a Part-time Housekeeper/Laundry to join our caring team. You will help maintain cleanliness and infection control standards throughout the facility, assisting with laundry tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Eleventh grade education is required; prior housekeeping in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
• Ability to handle housekeeping tools, chemicals and equipment.
• Willingness to contribute to laundry tasks when needed.

As a Housekeeper/Laundry you are instrumental in maintaining the cleanliness and infection control standards of our resident’s environment. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Rehabilitation Center of Belmond by cleaning and sanitizing all areas of the facility and operating housekeeping related tools, chemicals and equipment. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure a clean and safe environment.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, an eleventh (11th) grade education. Prior Housekeeping experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.
