Job summary

Touchmark is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper in McKinney, TX to keep resident homes and our community spaces exceptionally clean, healthy and inviting. This role offers a 7:00AM - 3:30PM schedule with opportunities for variation, and a pay rate of $16-$19 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Commitment to Touchmark's values (excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, compassion).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience as a housekeeper in a resort or retirement community preferred but not required.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Maintain patient, tactful composure with residents, families, staff and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Keep resident homes and community spaces exceptionally clean, healthy and pleasant.
• Ensure common areas are tidy and well-maintained for residents and guests.

7:00AM - 3:30PM with varying schedule opportunities!

$16-$19 per hour (Depending on Experience)

The Ideal Candidate Will

• Have a commitment to Touchmark’s values (excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion), as well as a desire to model these values and to encourage others to be allies, friends and givers
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Have experience working as a housekeeper in a resort or retirement community, though this is not required
• Be willing to work occasional weekends and holidays
• Be able to read, write, and speak English
• Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors
