Job summary

Touchmark at Georgetown in Central Texas is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents and guests. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Housekeeping experience in retirement/hospitality/healthcare/resort is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to work occasional weekends and holidays.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Maintain a patient, professional, and tactful demeanor with residents and team members.

As a Housekeeper, you will make a meaningful impact each day by helping create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents and guests. In this role, you will care for both residents’ homes and the community’s common areas, helping ensure every space reflects the high standards and warm hospitality that define Touchmark. This is more than a traditional housekeeping position; it is an opportunity to build genuine relationships with the residents who call our community home and to contribute to their daily comfort and well-being.

The Ideal Candidate Will

• Have a commitment to Touchmark’s values of excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion, and a desire to model these values in every interaction
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Have previous housekeeping experience in a retirement community, hospitality, healthcare, or resort setting, although this is not required
• Be willing to work occasional weekends and holidays
• Be able to read, write, and speak English
• Be able to maintain a patient, professional, and tactful demeanor when working with residents, family members, guests, and fellow team members

Starting Pay: $17 per hour.
