Job summary

Touchmark at Pilot Butte in Bend, OR is seeking a Lead Housekeeper to maintain resident homes and community spaces to Touchmark's Gold Standards.

Starting wage is $20.30/hr. You will operate equipment, ensure areas are clean and healthy, notify management of repairs, and support a safe, welcoming environment while building relationships with residents and staff. Qualifications

• Patient, tactful, and flexible when dealing with residents, family members, volunteers, visitors, physicians, staff and the public.
• Willingness to perform a variety of repetitive tasks.

• Willingness to work holidays and weekends.
• First responder responsibilities and CPR/First Aid certification offered.

Responsibilities

• Notify supervisor or management of repairs.
• Keep supervisor informed of changes in equipment performance and supply needs.
• Maintain a clean environment for residents, guests and team members.

Starting Wages at $20.30/hr.

As a Lead Housekeeper, you are to ensure that each of the resident’s homes, as well as our community’s common areas, are exceptionally clean, healthy, and pleasant spaces for residents and guests to enjoy. This is not your standard housekeeping position – at Touchmark, you have the daily opportunity to build long-term relationships with the wonderful people who call this community “home!”

Position Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Ability to operate all necessary equipment to perform essential functions of the position
• Ensure residents homes, guest rooms, and common areas are cleaned in accordance with the established Touchmark Gold Standards
• Notify supervisor or management team if any repairs are needed
• Keep supervisor informed of all changes in equipment performance and of the need for supplies
• Maintain a clean environment and a healthy atmosphere for Residents, guests, and team members

• In addition to the housekeeping duties, you will be expected to be a first responder in the event of an emergency situation (First responder training and CPR/First Aid certification will be provided)
