Job summary

Touchmark is looking for a Housekeeper in McKinney, TX to keep resident homes and community spaces exceptionally clean, healthy, and inviting for residents and guests. This role offers meaningful daily interactions and the chance to build relationships in a warm senior living community.

The schedule runs 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with some variation; pay is $16-$19 per hour based on experience, with benefits including PTO, health/dental/vision, education assistance, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Experience as a housekeeper in a resort or retirement community preferred but not required.
• Willingness to work occasional weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain residents' homes and common areas to be clean, healthy, and pleasant.
• Provide courteous service and build relationships with residents and guests.

7:00AM - 3:30PM with varying schedule opportunities!

$16-$19 per hour (Depending on Experience)

The ideal candidate will:

• Have a commitment to Touchmark’s values (excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion), as well as a desire to model these values and to encourage others to be allies, friends and givers
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Have experience working as a housekeeper in a resort or retirement community, though this is not required
• Be willing to work occasional weekends and holidays
• Be able to read, write, and speak English
• Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors
