Sonida Senior Living in Marietta, GA is seeking a Housekeeper to create a welcoming, safe home for residents. You will collaborate with the Parc at Piedmont team to deliver exceptional care and experience.

Responsibilities include cleaning, laundry, and minor repairs, with familiarization of schedules and inventory management. Prior experience in senior living or related fields is preferred, and you must be 18+.

Formación

• Prior experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or guest service is preferred, but not required.
• A caring attitude and reliable attendance.
• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Experience in janitorial/maintenance work preferred; familiarity with minor repairs.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Monitors inventory of chemicals, supplies and equipment needed for laundry and housekeeping tasks.
• Familiarizes self with cleaning schedules of Residents’ apartments and common areas to assure completion of housekeeping tasks.
• Performs housekeeping, janitorial tasks, and minor repairs as assigned.
• Assures that other janitorial and repair requests are properly logged and monitors their completion.
• Provides laundry services as needed and/or directed.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Monitors inventory of chemicals, supplies and equipment needed for laundry and housekeeping tasks.
• Familiarizes self with cleaning schedules of Residents’ apartments and common areas to assure completion of housekeeping tasks.
• Performs housekeeping, janitorial tasks, and minor repairs as assigned.
• Assures that other janitorial and repair requests are properly logged and monitors their completion.
• Provides laundry services as needed and/or directed.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Prior experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or guest service is preferred, but not required
• Required license/certification, if applicable
• A caring attitude and reliable attendance
• High school graduate or GED preferred
• Experience in janitorial/maintenance work preferred; familiarity with techniques of minor repair and maintenance for structural, electrical, plumbing, security and heating and cooling systems required.
• Experience in building safety and hazard reduction helpful
• Must be 18 years of age or older
