Vasona Creek Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our environmental services team in Los Gatos, CA. This full-time role helps maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, patients, and staff.

The position requires the ability to follow instructions, strong attention to detail, and physical stamina to lift up to 35 pounds. Weekend rotation is included as part of a day/evening shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or janitorial work preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize patient rooms, common areas, hallways, and offices according to healthcare sanitation standards.
• Dust, mop, sweep, and vacuum floors.
• Empty trash and biohazard waste receptacles safely and dispose of contents properly.
• Replenish room supplies, including soap, towels, and tissues.
• Maintain and organize cleaning carts and supplies.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisor.
• Adhere to infection control policies and safety guidelines.

Job Summary

Vasona Creek Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our environmental services team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, patients, and staff.

Schedule

• Full-time
• Shift: Day/Evening shifts available
• Schedule includes a weekday and weekend rotation

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize patient rooms, common areas, hallways, and offices according to healthcare sanitation standards.
