Job Type: Full-time position available; Day Shift available

Rate of Pay: Starting at $16.00, depending on experience

The Resident Housekeeper interacts with residents, guests, staff, and performs various resident-focused tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities: include but are not limited to following established cleaning schedules, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, deep cleaning resident rooms, cleaning administrative offices, sanitizing bathrooms, maintaining a safe environment, responding to resident requests, and supporting team members. Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications: High school diploma or GED, or one year related experience. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Must adhere to safety and health regulations, including HIPAA. Physical ability to perform cleaning duties, including standing, walking, reaching, and lifting.

Work Environment: Regular exposure to cleaning chemicals and occasional exposure to bloodborne pathogens. Must be able to work in a physical environment requiring standing, stooping, and lifting.
