Duties and Expectations
- Guest Relations: Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile.
- Name Use: Use the guests' names whenever possible, ensuring they feel properly welcomed.
- Guest Satisfaction: Work together to contribute to high guest satisfaction scores.
- Recovery: Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency.
- Hotel Knowledge: Know all features and amenities of the hotel.
- Events: Support all groups and events at the hotel.
- Technology: Understand relevant technology for the role.
- Phone Etiquette: Answer calls with friendly service and the approved greeting.
- Spotless Cleanliness: Keep all areas, front and back of house, clean and organized.
- Pitching In: Assist with cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed.
- Hospitality While Cleaning: Greet guests happily and by name when possible.
- Product Quality: Complete checklists accurately and on time; provide accurate shift handover reports.
- Uniform & Grooming: Wear a clean, approved uniform, be well-groomed, wear a nametag, and smile.
- Teamwork: Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally; have a can-do attitude; collaborate effectively.
Section Two: Role Specific Duties
The Housekeeper cleans and prepares guest rooms, hallways, and public areas.
- Pre-Cleaning and Stocking: Prepare supplies, attend meetings, handle linen.
- Clean and Restock Rooms: Thoroughly clean and restock assigned guest rooms.
- Additional Projects: Support deep cleaning, storage, laundry, and public space cleaning as assigned.

Section Four: Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience in hospitality or related fields preferred.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow guidelines and procedures.
- Work well under stress.
- Effective listening and conflict resolution skills.
- Clear communication skills.
- Desire to serve guests.
- Must be 18 or older.
- Willing to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, holidays.
- Arrive on time, clock in/out properly, and take scheduled breaks.
- Provide notice when calling out.

Must meet physical demands such as stooping, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crawling, standing, walking, repetitive motions, and lifting.
