Miller Crest Apartments in Johnson City, TN is seeking a full-time Housekeeper to keep our well-established apartment community clean, welcoming, and move-in ready for residents.

You will work on-site with a supportive team, enjoy steady hours, and benefit from medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid holidays, and a robust PTO plan.

Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred; you must be 18+ and able to lift up to 25 lbs, climb stairs, and work outdoors as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Housekeeping or custodial experience preferred (multifamily, hotel, or commercial a plus).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to walk the property and work outdoors as needed.
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs occasionally.
• Comfortable working around cleaning supplies, equipment, and related environmental elements.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare vacant apartment homes for new move-ins.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, offices, and amenity spaces.
• Restock and manage custodial supplies and cleaning equipment.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and assigned work areas.
• Provide prompt, professional service to residents and onsite staff.
• Follow all OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing safety guidelines and procedures.
