Brookside Properties is seeking a Housekeeper for Miller Crest Apartments in Johnson City, TN. This role offers hourly pay with monthly bonuses and comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, life insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid holidays, and a robust PTO program.

Responsibilities include cleaning vacant apartment homes, maintaining common areas, and restocking supplies while following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Housekeeping or custodial experience preferred (multifamily, hotel, or commercial a plus).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to walk the property and work outdoors as needed.
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs occasionally.
• Comfortable working around cleaning supplies, equipment, and related environmental elements.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused.
