Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Housekeeping or custodial experience preferred; multifamily, hotel, or commercial experience is a plus.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable walking the property and working outdoors as needed.
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs. occasionally.
• Comfortable working with cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare vacant apartments for new residents.
• Keep common areas, offices, and amenities clean and presentable.
• Restock cleaning supplies and maintain equipment.
• Maintain assigned tools and work areas.
• Provide professional, friendly service to residents and team members.
• Follow company safety procedures and applicable OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing guidelines.
