Miller Crest Apartments in Johnson City, TN is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to keep vacant and occupied apartments clean and move-in ready. You will maintain common areas, restock supplies, and support onsite staff with timely service.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and experience in housekeeping or custodial work. Must be at least 18, capable of lifting up to 25 lbs, and able to work outdoors and climb stairs.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping or custodial experience preferred; multifamily, hotel, or commercial a plus.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to walk the property and work outdoors as needed.
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs occasionally.
• Comfortable working around cleaning supplies, equipment, and related environmental elements.
• Reliable, detail oriented and team focused.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare vacant apartment homes for new move ins.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, offices, and amenity spaces.
• Restock and manage custodial supplies and cleaning equipment.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and assigned work areas.
• Provide prompt, professional service to residents and onsite staff.
• Follow all OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing safety guidelines and procedures.
