Job summary

Riverside Casino & Golf Resort is seeking a diligent Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms, corridors and public areas, ensuring a superior guest experience.

The role involves cleaning, replenishing amenities, making beds, and providing friendly, responsive service in a fast-paced environment, working with a team to meet high standards of quality.

Schedule is part-time, including weekends and holidays, with a pay of $16.00/hour and 20 hours of Paid Time Off upon hire.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or equivalent cleaning experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning in all areas of hotel by mopping, vacuuming, dusting, making beds, and other duties as assigned.

• Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers.
• Resolve problems quickly and accurately, and follow directions thoroughly.
• Perform functions under frequent time pressure in an interruptive environment.
• Answer questions for guests regarding local area facilities and points of interest.
• Work with supervisor/manager, if necessary, to resolve any guest requests or complaints.
• Work cohesively with a team to accomplish assigned duties.
