Aqua-Aston Hospitality, LLC is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to ensure pristine villa interiors and exceptional guest experiences. You will clean kitchens, bathrooms, dining rooms, and bedrooms, restocking linens and amenities as needed, while maintaining safety and following standard procedures.

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas of villas (kitchens, bathrooms, dining rooms, bedrooms) to standards.
• Complete assigned tasks within shift.
• Replace linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen items as needed.
• Report room status to Linen Room, Housekeeping Manager/Supervisor, or Front Desk.
• Stock and transport housekeeping cart; return to designated area after shift.
• Follow company policies; report maintenance issues and safety hazards.
• Ensure guest experience aligns with company standards; greet guests and anticipate needs.
• Interact professionally with colleagues and guests; contribute to team goals.

Responsibilities

• Clean the entirety of villas (I.E. Kitchens, Bathrooms, Dining Rooms, Bedrooms) according to standards.
• Complete assigned tasks (I.E. Rooms Board) within the scheduled shift.
• Replaces all guest amenities such as linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen items according to standards.
• Reports room status to the Main Linen Room, Housekeeping Manager/Supervisor, or Front Desk.
• Fill the Housekeeping cart with all necessary supplies, transport the cart to the rooms, and return the cart to the designated area at the end of the shift.
• Follows all company policies and procedures; reports any maintenance problems, safety hazards, and/or accidents.
• Guest Experience and Company Standards
• Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs.
• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contribute to team goals.
• Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
• Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 25lbs without assistance.
• Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
