Job summary

Touchmark at Georgetown is seeking a Housekeeper to join our team and help create a clean, welcoming environment for residents and guests. You will care for residents’ homes and the community’s common areas, reflecting Touchmark’s high standards and warm hospitality.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, be willing to work weekends/holidays, and read/write/speak English. Prior housekeeping in retirement/hospitality is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience in retirement, hospitality, healthcare, or resort setting is preferred but not required.
• Willing to work occasional weekends and holidays.
• Able to read, write, and speak English.
• Able to maintain a patient, professional, and tactful demeanor with residents, family members, guests, and fellow team members.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, comfortable spaces in residents' homes and common areas.
• Contribute to the daily comfort and well-being of residents.

We are currently seeking a Housekeeper to join our dedicated team. As a Housekeeper, you will make a meaningful impact each day by helping create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents and guests. In this role, you will care for both residents’ homes and the community’s common areas, helping ensure every space reflects the high standards and warm hospitality that define Touchmark. This is more than a traditional housekeeping position; it is an opportunity to build genuine relationships with the residents who call our community home and to contribute to their daily comfort and well-being.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have a commitment to Touchmark’s values of excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion, and a desire to model these values in every interaction
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Have previous housekeeping experience in a retirement community, hospitality, healthcare, or resort setting, although this is not required
• Be willing to work occasional weekends and holidays
• Be able to read, write, and speak English
• Be able to maintain a patient, professional, and tactful demeanor when working with residents, family members, guests, and fellow team members

Starting Pay: $17 per hour.
