Frontier Management is seeking an outstanding Housekeeper for The Preserve at Spring Creek Senior Living community located in Garland, Texas.

The Housekeeper is responsible for providing housekeeping services to residents at the community. This role involves coordinating and communicating with all housekeeping and other team members to maintain a holistic perspective of service for each resident.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Thoroughly clean vacant apartments and prepare them for new residents.
2. Perform cleaning duties for all residences and common areas on a scheduled basis.
3. Maintain all areas of the community to be clean, neat, attractive, and safe for residents, guests, and staff.
4. Handle laundry of linens, including sorting, washing, folding, and delivering.
5. Keep the housekeeping cart clean and organized.
6. Notify management of maintenance needs.
7. Follow safety guidelines when using chemicals and be familiar with emergency procedures related to chemical use.
8. Present a professional demeanor that reflects the company's philosophy of service, goodwill, and genuine concern for residents' needs. Handle concerns and complaints with care, politeness, and professionalism.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds independently, and more with assistance.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, moving equipment, climbing, bending, and stooping. Visual acuity and the ability to interpret requests are required.
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders.
• Perform duties safely and conscientiously.
• Follow instructions, accept constructive criticism, and work harmoniously with others.
• Proficient in using common cleaning devices such as brooms, mops, floor waxers, and polishers.
• Familiarity and willingness to work with elderly populations.
