Spring Oak is seeking a dedicated housekeeping professional to maintain cleanliness in resident apartments and common areas. Duties include following cleaning schedules, coordinating with Wellness Staff, and performing thorough cleaning and laundry tasks.

Responsibilities

• Follow cleaning schedules closely in resident apartments and common areas.
• Coordinate daily housekeeping with Wellness staff during routine cleanings.
• Clean, dust, mop, sanitize, scrub, polish, and wash windows and bathrooms in resident rooms and public areas.
• Turnover resident rooms, including moving furniture as needed.
• Wash and fold laundry for the facility and residents; distribute linens and towels.
• Dispose of trash and waste safely.

$16 - $16 an hour

Responsibilities

• Ensure that cleaning schedules are followed as closely as practical in resident apartments and common areas of the Community.
• Coordinate all daily housekeeping services with Wellness Staff when performing routine cleaning assignments in resident living and/or recreational area.
• Cleans (dust, mop wet mop, sanitize, scrub, polish, wash windows and bathrooms in resident rooms and common areas.
• Turnover resident rooms, requiring furniture to be moved.
• Wash and fold laundry for the facility and residents; distribute clean linens and towels to residents and individual departments.
• Dispose of trash and waste, or other materials in a safe manner

Shift

• Full-time Tuesday -Saturday.
