Spring Oak is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a welcoming environment in resident apartments and common areas. Responsibilities include cleaning schedules, coordinating with Wellness Staff, and ensuring the comfort of residents.

• Dispose of trash and waste safely.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that cleaning schedules are followed as closely as practical in resident apartments and common areas of the Community.
• Coordinate all daily housekeeping services with Wellness Staff when performing routine cleaning assignments in resident living and/or recreational areas.
• Cleans (dust, mop wet mop, sanitize, scrub, polish, wash windows and bathrooms in resident rooms and common areas).
• Turnover resident rooms, requiring furniture to be moved.
• Wash and fold laundry for the facility and residents; distribute clean linens and towels to residents and individual departments.
• Dispose of trash and waste, or other materials in a safe manner.
