Job summary

A senior care facility is seeking compassionate individuals to assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and medication administration. Ideal candidates should have experience in senior care, strong communication skills, and be able to perform physically demanding tasks. Med Tech certification is required. Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, hygiene, etc.)
• Provide medication reminders and administration per training and policies
• Respond promptly and kindly to call bells and resident requests
• Escort or transport residents as needed
• Support mealtimes and daily activity programs
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in resident rooms and common areas
• Observe, document, and report changes in resident condition
• Perform basic clerical tasks (filing, phone calls, etc.)
• Collaborate with Wellness and nursing staff to ensure top-quality care

Qualifications

• Experience in senior care or direct support roles preferred
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, standing, walking)
• Strong communication skills — respectful, friendly, and team-oriented
• Attention to detail and ability to follow care plans and protocols
• Comfortable working independently and making sound decisions
• Med Tech certification (required by state)

$16 - $16 an hour
