Job summary

Spring Oak Senior Living is seeking a friendly and dependable Housekeeping Associate to maintain resident apartments and common areas with care and attention to detail. You will coordinate daily cleaning tasks with Wellness Staff, turn over resident rooms, handle laundry, and ensure sanitation policies are followed to support a warm, family-like environment.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that cleaning schedules are followed as closely as practical in resident apartments and common areas of the Community.
• Coordinate all daily housekeeping services with Wellness Staff when performing routine cleaning assignments in resident living and/or recreational area.
• Cleans (dust, mop wet mop, sanitize, scrub, polish, wash windows and bathrooms in resident rooms and common areas.
• Turnover resident rooms, requiring furniture to be moved.
• Wash and fold laundry for the facility and residents; distribute clean linens and towels to residents and individual departments.
• Dispose of trash and waste, or other materials in a safe manner
