Trinity Springs, a Cassia community in Oxford, FL, is hiring a Housekeeper to join our caring, mission-driven team. You’ll help clean residents’ rooms and common areas, with emphasis on friendliness and high standards.

We offer full-time hours, Monday–Friday days, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with wage range $15.50–$17.69 per hour, depending on experience. Qualifications include a HS diploma, Florida driver’s license, and prior housekeeping experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Must have valid Florida driver's license.
• Prior housekeeping experience required.
• Healthcare setting experience preferred, but not required.
• Detail oriented and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Polite and cordial to staff, residents and guests.
• Time management and prioritization skills are essential.
• Honest, loyal and trustworthy.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning of resident rooms.
• Follow scheduled cleaning program.
• Respond to clean up requests by residents and staff to common areas as needed.
• Follow-through on projects with little supervision.
• Lifting boxes and supplies up to 50 pounds.
• Perform manual tasks and carry out all job related instructions.
• Keep detailed reports of ongoing and completed projects.
• Clean and sanitize public restrooms, day rooms and dining rooms.
• Clean and sanitize guest apartments.
• Perform other duties as requested.

Trinity Springs , a Cassia community, is hiring a Housekeeper to join our team in Oxford, FL. At Trinity Springs, you’ll be part of a supportive, mission-driven team that takes pride in making a difference every day for residents and families alike.

As a Housekeeper at Trinity Springs, you will help clean residents’ rooms and common areas such as the reception area and community living rooms. Our ideal candidate has excellent interpersonal, customer service, organizational skills and takes pride in their work.

Position Type: Full-Time, benefits eligible position

Shifts Available:
Monday - Friday Days 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Wage Range: $15.50 - $17.69 /hour depending on experience

Housekeeper Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning ofresident rooms.

Housekeeper Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Must have valid Florida driver’s license.
• Prior housekeeping experience required.
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred, but not required.
• Detail oriented.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must be polite and cordial to all staff,residents and, their guests.
• Must be able to use time wisely. Prioritization and time management skillsis a must have.
• Must be honest, loyal and trustworthy.
